Tai Chi
The most popular form of Tai Chi, Yang style 24 form. Was developed in China
in 1956 as a less complicated form which takes 7 to 8 minutes to complete, unlike
the 108 full form which takes half an hour. Yang style 24 for is primarily for
health and you will feel benefits almost straight away, starting with basic
exercises in order to improve co-ordination, breathing, and relaxation. In addition
Yang style has combat applications and many of the forms can be applied to self
defense, a 'soft' martial art.
Chi Kung
A very simple early version of Tai Chi, Chi Kung improves concentration, breathing and health. The key is
to unblock your chi (life energy) and is the perfect complement to Tai Chi. Learn to relax yout body and mind.

Learn to relax your mind and reduce tension. Postures, breathing and methods taught.
